Returns

All sales are considered final, I cannot accept returns or exchanges unless you received a broken item.

If you received a broken item, please get in touch via email within 3 days from delivery.

All returns are at the sole discretion of nautilus ceramics and we reserve the right to refuse any return.

Handmade

Please remember that everything is handmade, so variation in colour, size and shape can sometimes occur. Sometimes photographs will not be of the specific item that you may purchase, but of one in the same clay, colour and design. Please be mindful of this. I will of course endeavour to make sure that I get each design as close as possible to the original photograph.

Impact on the environment

The workshop tries to operate in an eco-responsible way in order to minimize the impact on the environment.

The whole creative process is carried out in my small workshop in Martigny. The clay used comes from Germany, France and Spain. I favor the use of non-toxic oxides and avoid the use of rare oxides for the sake of ethics and durability. The clay is recycled throughout the creation process.

My collections are made for everyday life and invite us to consume differently.
